Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) has launched a radio channel to promote the ideals of the founder of the Islamic Republic.
The inaugural ceremony earlier this week came on the eve of the 37th anniversary of the grand victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
The radio would produce and broadcast special programs about the history and objectives of the Islamic Revolution.
The radio is also set to promote Imam Khomeini’s works, speeches and message and views of the founder of the Islamic Republic over various issues.
Meanwhile, Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) chief has recently said that the core objective by launching ‘Revolution Radio’ channel has been to keep Imam Khomeini’s thought and ideals alive.
The head of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), Dr. Mohammad Sarfaraz, has expressed hope that the radio would revive and revitalize the discourse, discussions and debates about the ideals of founder of the Islamic Republic and the Islamic Revolution.
He also put emphasizes on observing and promoting the values of the Islamic Revolution.
It is noteworthy that Iranian media made significant progress following the victory of Islamic Revolution under the wise leadership of Imam Khomeini in 1979.
