In a letter to Imam Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Wednesday, President Rouhani said that remarks by the supreme leader encouraged “the servants of the nation and the economic entrepreneurs.”
He appreciated the leader’s special attention to the economic conditions of the country and naming the New Year as the year of “Economy of Resistance, Production and Employment”.
The President assured the supreme leader that his government is closely following to implement general policies of the Economy of Resistance.
The president also said that under his presidency, the country has witnessed significant growth in domestic production,
This is while Iran’s non-oil exports have surpassed imports and an unprecedented number of jobs have been created, Rouhani concluded.
It is worthy to mention that Imam Khomeini, the late founder of the Islamic Republic through his historic speeches and messages encouraged the relevant government authorities to spare no efforts in order the problems and hurdles facing the society.
