Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Ansari, the head of the central headquarters of Imam Khomeini's commemoration made remarks during a recently-held meeting with Seyyed Hassan Khomeini.
Ansari went onto say that all the successes and victories for the Iranian nation were accomplished due to the greatness, character, contemplation, courage, and morality of the architect and founder of the Islamic Republic.
Ansari highlighted divine personality of Imam Khomeini, saying he had been a true devotee of God, the Almighty and possessed divine characteristics.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ansari said that Imam used to fully observe the obedience to God not only during the holy month of Ramadan but throughout all thick and thin times and all period of the years
Imam Khomeini truly exemplified the true and genuine teachings of the holy prophet of Islam and his infallible successors in his lifestyle, he added
The scholar concluded by saying that Imam’s divine character changed and transformed history of Iran.
The remarks come as Iran is preparing to mark the 29th passing away anniversay of Imam Khomeini.
Imam Khomeini throughout his life put emphasis on the importance of self-purification and attaining the proximity to Allah, the Almighty, before he began lecturing his students on intellectualism and academic issues.
