It has been recalled through a series of memoirs that Imam organized ceremony in remembrance of the Karbala sufferings during exile in the French city of Nofel Loshato. Imam there also fed the people and distributed charity.
The gathering was held prior to months leading to the victory of the Islamic Revolution.
Despite political activities, Imam also never missed reciting Ziarat Ashura during those days.
