It has been recalled through a series of memoirs that Imam Khomeini used to recite the entire holy book of Quran within each three days during the blessed month of Ramadan while his stay in exile in city of Najaf.
Imam’s family members also say that he used to finish the recitation of the whole Quran within each ten days during Ramadan while staying in Jamaran neighborhood after becoming the leader of the Islamic Revolution.
It was despite the fact that he did not enjoy an ideal health during last years of his life. But still he had great devotion towards Holy Quran.
