Activists, members of various Indian media groups visit Imam’s residence, art gallery

A group consisting of various Indian media groups have visited Imam Khomeini’s residence and an adjoin art gallery and complex. Imam's simple life style and ideals have not only attracted the devotees but also no-Muslims from across various parts of the globe.

 Media activists were given briefing about simply-built Imam’s residence where he opted to live following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979.

They also visited an adjoining Hosseiniah, where Imam used to deliver speeches for public and foreign guests, and an art gallery which displays the history of Islamic Revolution.

It is worth-mentioning that that the Indian delegation included figures such as Soran Kumar Anand, the editor of the English-language newspaper "Daily Pioneer", Zubair Ahmed Saeedi, the editor of Dawat magazine, Ashraf Zaidi, the official of the Virtual Media Union of India, Saurabh Kumar, the reporter of the National Herald and The Times of India newspapers.

 The sites attributed to Imam are visited by thousands of pilgrims, tourists and intellectuals from across Iran and the world each years
