If There Did not Exist the Guard Corps, there Would not Exist a Country Either

If There Did not Exist the Guard Corps, there Would not Exist a Country Either

"I am pleased with the Guard Corps, and I will never show disfavor toward them.": said the great leader of the Muslim World.

The Country's Need for Young Forces

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

I thank you, vigilant youth for paying me a visit and I am delighted to see your glowing faces and I take delight in this visit. I would like to shake hands with each one of you, but my health condition and so many businesses to attend to do not give me the opportunity to do so. I would like to thank you because you are the guards of Islam, are serving Islam and the country and are making great efforts. I implore the Exalted and Blessed God to reward you and grant you health and prosperity.

We need you from now on. We will always need you and likewise, we shall need the activities of you, the creative youth, and I hope that you will support us in all stages with gallantry and advance this movement. Today, the country is yours to run, so you should safeguard your wealth. No longer is it the era of the taghout when you would toil and others pocketed the benefits. I hope that with the implementation of Islamic decrees, the country will be yours to run and you endeavor for your country and reap the benefits in your own country. I implore the Exalted God for the health and prosperity of all of you.

May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.

Paying tribute to the Guard Corps and the glad tidings of a promising future

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

If there did not exist the Guard Corps, there would not exist a country either

I am pleased with the Guard Corps, and I will never show disfavor toward them. If there did not exist the Guard Corps, there would not exist a country either. I hold dear and admirable the Guard Corps to whom I pin my hope. Your past records show nothing but Islamic ones. Give my regards to all. I thank all of you. I pray for you all. God willing, the situation will turn better; dissatisfactions will come to pass. No danger threatens the country; it only adds to our problems. But, we will suppress them. We need to work harder. We should be alert. The general condition of the country will improve; it will not remain as such. I will order the government to look after your affairs and pay your budget as soon as possible. May God assist you all.

May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.

Necessity of the Guards Corps to be a model from the viewpoint of conduct

In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Of the issues that is necessary for you to pay attention to is that because the Guard Corps is a newly established body and is responsible for safeguarding Islam and the Revolution, it should be a model from the viewpoint of conduct and have the right and Islamic approach in dealing with all people and the rest of the powers. Individuals that cause disputes should not gain entry into the Guards Corps or the military. The theory of the deviant elements right from the beginning was that the Guards Corps was of no use while on the other hand a group would say that the military must be eliminated. Both of them wanted to deliver a blow to the Guards Corps and the military. Today, both the military and the Guards Corps are good and are servants of Islam and the Revolution. Because we wish to build the country from the foundation and revive those Islamic issues that were eliminated, we must be concerned about the Guards Corps and the military and know that they are connected to us until the end of history. If God forbid, a deviation occurs fifty years hence, we are responsible for it. My emphatic advice is that in accordance with their religious obligation and interests of the society, in the Guards Corps and the military they should pay attention to the issues and shun factionalism and discord strictly.

May God's peace, mercy and blessings be upon you.
