The president made the remarks on Saturday night in a ceremony to praise the promoters of Quranic studies.
Addressing a gathering of Quranic intellectuals and reciters, the Iranian president pointed to the Holy Quran as the book of guidance and also the hoborable Prophet Household as bringing blessings to all humanity.
President Rouhani said that Islamic Revolution is based upon teachings of the Quran and following footsteps of Ahlul-Bayt.
The president went on to say that both the holy divine scripture and Prophet Household have been divine miracles.
Elsewhere in his remarks, president pointed out that Iranian reciters of the Holy Quran are shining in the world.
The president concluded by saying that characters, conduct and moral patterns left by members of Household of the holy prophet of Islam are embodiment and true example of Quran.
